Dear Park City Participant,
Experience a “true” country sleigh ride with Rocky Mountain Sleigh Company and experience what a pristine sleigh ride by the river and through the woods really means. Sleigh rides on their ranch on the Weber River travel through meadows and woods far from crowds and housing developments.
After your sleigh ride, dinner is served inside a charming log cabin with all the amenities including a large wood-burning fireplace. Our chef creates a meal that remembers Grandma’s loving care and pride in every spoonful…a truly memorable evening!
6:00pm shuttle to ranch, 7:00pm sleigh ride, 7:30pm dinner

Appetizers: Homemade fruit breads with luscious cream cheese spread, tortilla chips with fresh mango and cilantro salsa, pretzels, homemade soup, tossed garden salad, assorted homemade rolls fresh from the oven.
Dinner: Herb & garlic mashed potatoes, steamed seasonal vegetable medley, succulent chicken breasts, seasoned pot roast of beef (fresh cut of beef set in a secret recipe marinade, a critic favorite).
Dessert: Delectable fruit cobbler, decadent brownies, vanilla ice cream
Beverages: Hot chocolate, apple cider, lemonade, coffee, tea
